Please contact for pricing. We are an OOP practice, meaning we do not accept insurance. However, we can provide superbills.
A superbill is a highly detailed, itemized receipt used in healthcare to document services rendered by a provider. Clients submit this document to their health insurance company to request reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses. *Clients are responsible for contacting their insurer to confirm reimbursement.
